• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping option you select and the destination of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Usually, orders of Lahore are delivered within 2 - 3 working days and the rest of Pakistan in 3 – 5 working days.
• Order Tracking: You can track the status of your order at any time by contacting us at our social media platforms or Whatsapp.
• Deliveries can take up to 5-7 working days during Sale days.
